2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary directory layouts, AlgoRank™ scoring methodologies, benchmarks, editorial verbiage, and graphics are owned or licensed to AlgoBoost and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. Submissions and Listings

When submitting a tool, logo, benchmark, or product metadata for indexing:

• You warrant that you own or license the tool and its associated intellectual property.
• You grant AlgoBoost a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to showcase, feature, and analyze your tool.
• We reserve the right to edit descriptions, select categories, and reject submissions at our editorial discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will AlgoBoost or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your reliance on third-party tools listed in the directory.
